Hello, I'm Erin, Founder of Briarcliff Collective. I am a strategy and operations consultant with a strong foundation in analytics, organizational planning, and execution. My work is grounded in data-driven decision making, collaborative problem solving, and a commitment to building strategies that are scalable, thoughtful, and people-focused.
I’ve led initiatives that improve customer retention, streamline operations, and uncover new growth opportunities. Whether it's building and launching new products, redesigning customer journeys, or piloting emerging tools, I focus on making sure strategy and execution work hand in hand. The result is real progress that supports long-term growth.
Earlier in my career, I worked as a consultant focusing on research, analytics, and turning data insights into actionable strategies across marketing, communications, and ESG initiatives. My background spans public relations, project management, and team leadership.
I earned my degree in Business with a focus on Strategy and Innovation, along with a minor in Economics. As a former college athlete, I know the importance of structure, teamwork, and follow-through—and I bring those same qualities into every client relationship. I like to keep things practical and transparent, always aiming to create real, meaningful progress together.
